1. Do you have a showroom?

2. When can I expect my order if I order today? 

Lead times are estimated at 4-8 weeks from the order date, but unforeseen circumstances such a freight delays, turbulent weather, or pandemics can potentially cause delays. Please note that that lead time is an estimation, not a guarantee.

3. What are the payment terms? 

Payment in full is required upon order placement from all channels unless otherwise specified.

4. Can I pay by installment plan?

Yes! You can now opt for our 0% installment plan in collaboration with Grab/Atome/Shopback!  

 5. What are the payment modes accepted? 

Payment can be made via

  • PayNow
  • iBanking
  • Credit Card (subject to 5% service fee) 

We do not accept cash on delivery. 

 6. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is accepted within 12 hours of payment, as Modern Space Living is dedicated to delivering your items in the quickest manner possible.

 7. Is there any warranty for my purchase?

For a period of six months, we are pleased to offer a warranty that covers faults originating solely from the manufacturing process; however, should installation be carried out by any party other than Modern Space Living, the warranty will become null and void.

 8. What is your return/exchanges policies?

Modern Space Living provides a one-to-one exchange for major manufacture defects product. However, we cannot exchange items which are unsuitable regarding colour/style/theme. We always exercise full discretion when determining the condition of items and reserve the right to reject returns when necessary.

 9. Can you store my item(s) until I'm ready to receive them?

We offer free storage of your items in our local warehouse for up to 90 days. After that period, a storage fee of 5% of the item's value will be applied each month.

 

DELIVERY FAQs 

1. Can I request for a delivery on a particular date or at a specific time?

Unfortunately, since our delivery team attends different regions each day, we can't guarantee a delivery on any particular date or at a specific time (e.g. 10am or 3.30pm). We can, however, provide an approximate delivery date 1-7 days in advance. For any further requests, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team and we will do our best to accommodate.

 2. Do you deliver on weekends? 

We deliver from 

  • Monday - Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm
  • Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm

Deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.

 3. Do you offer disposal services? 

Subject to availability, disposal of your existing furniture is possible with an accompanying fee. To ensure a smooth process, please let us know of your needs at least three days in advance.

 4. What if there is a delay in the delivery of my order?

In unforeseen cases such as natural disasters, unfavorable weather, or accidents, Modern Space Living reserves the right to reschedule shipments, pending availability. No liability shall be assigned to Modern Space Living for any losses or expenses arising from such delays.
