SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our products typically have a lead time of 4-9 weeks, but additional time may be required for customization furniture's. The lead time is an estimate and not an guarantee. Lead time can be delayed due numerous factors such as freight delays, unstable weather, global pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Modern Space Living shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: 

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. 

We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure that your items will fit through the doorways or passageways leading to your delivery location.

Should the items cannot be delivered via direct lift access, including any flight of stairs within apartments or landed property. There is a fee of $20/storey imposed for carrying-up service. Modern Space Living reserves the right to reject the service if it is found unsafe to do so. 

Should the delivery failed after second attempt, Modern Space Living will imposed another transportation fee for the third attempt.
